I’m baaackkkk. Hi sillies <3 missed you guys it’s been literally 6 months but I’m starting this year all nice and fresh. I feel great so far! So much was going on the last couple months including the most unfortunate move.
Now bad things are happening in the world but im trying to focus on my little corner of joy :) So far, I’m doing great on all my resolutions and am overall so excited for the year ahead. I absolutely can NOT catch up on the last couple months but I’m definitely going to do a little trip post soon which you can read here (when its up lol rn i just put in pics so i don’t forget to come back and do it) I really want to start blogging again and i think i have to accept that it can’t all be perfect every time it goes up so im trying. I also got an ipad for 2 primary purposes – blogging and watching things. So far its backfired bc its so actually so hard to do this on here and also i cant download the tiktok app on my ipad (so if i start sending you reels thats why)
.
Love you guys!!
The vibe:

This is the vibe.
Doing:
Mostly my new thing I’ve been doing right now thats new is skiing. Steamboat was so fun, breck was okay, winter park was so bad the tundra winds almost blew me over. 10000% recommend strawberry hot springs so fun. Overall, i am slowly getting better and having fun in the snow. It’s really hard to learn a whole new thing when you’re old so go me.

Wearing:
In search of a new purse. Desperately seeking advice and suggestions. I need something big enough to fit a book in and my camera but not like a giant tote. I still want it over my shoulder. Black probably, i’ve been scouring vintage leather, something kind of slouchy and silver hardware.
Current fav of the month, my new jacket

Watching:
Alright – where to even start. First of all Yellowstone. I know I talked about 1883 a while ago and I finally finished actual Yellowstone. Just so good, i think one of the best shows ever made. The whole series i just literally love it.
Day of the Jackal, an excellent recommendation from my dad could not stop watching this one, so well produced and Eddie Redmayne does an excellent job. Think 10 full episodes of your favorite spy movie.
Also, Carry On. Great film with my crush as the star.
Eating:
Muahhaha foods. Read Top Bites of 2024 here. This took me so long to do go read it.
Reading:
I am doing SO good! I’ve already read 5 books this year.
Great Alone: Kristin Hannah probably one of the best books I’ve ever read in my life 10/10. Love everything she writes but this was one of the best.
Housemaid: page turner, finished in 2 hours can’t wait for the movie.
Lessons in Chemistry: it was okay. Also a quick read but didn’t think it was as good as everyone says
How to Be Eaten: so fun and different, (thanks Brandy) It’s basically fairy tale characters (Like Gretel from Hansel and gretel) in modern New York and they’re all in group therapy.
Unaccustomed Earth: (thanks Mom) also sooo good short story collection and just so well written. Couldn't put it down.

Listening:
New current fav podcast The Run-Through with Vogue.
Talk soon little chickens … I HOPE <3
Yay! You are back! I was hooked on on The Great Alone but I was a bit disappointed with the ending. The Winter Garden surprised me - it was slow to start but the ending quickly made it to my top 5 Kristen Hannah books. I just started The Magic Hour!
Yay you! Glad you’re back - keep it up. I’ll keep an eye for a bag 😘❤️
